Every engagement is tailored, but a two-day technical discovery, one-week discovery and recommendations, one-month focused delivery engagement, or three-month technical change engagement can provide a useful starting point for discussion. The actual scope, duration, deliverables and fee depend on the situation and are agreed in writing.
